The leader of “Gakharia - for Georgia” political party, Giorgi Gakharia, was attacked in Batumi.

According to the existing information, attack on the opposition politician took place at the Sheraton Hotel and he has been taken to the clinic.

Member of the party, Natia Mezvrishvili, wrote on social media about the attack.

“I will come for all of you, you have no idea what a huge mistake you made. There will be no mercy, I promise you. If all attackers are not arrested within 24 hours, I will come for you too. [Bidzina] Ivanishvili, I will personally put you in the defendant’s chair”, - writes Mezvrishvili.
