Georgian Foreign Minister said the Georgian Government was placing great importance on deepening economic cooperation with Uzbekistan.
In her remarks, Maka Botchorishvili noted that the Georgia-Uzbekistan Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation was serving as an excellent platform for discussing various sectors, ultimately contributing to the enhancement of economic collaboration between the two nations.
“This is an important format that exists between Georgia and Uzbekistan. Just as with other countries, it is very important for us to deepen economic cooperation with Uzbekistan, as well as with Central Asian countries in general, and cooperation in this direction.
It is also a valuable platform for planning future partnerships and identifying priority areas for Georgia in its collaboration with Uzbekistan. Additionally, it allows us to hear the perspectives and proposals of our partners. There is substantial potential for economic growth, which requires deeper political dialogue to be fully realized”.
