The Prime Minister of Georgia responds to the meeting with the President of Turkmenistan on the social network X.

"I am grateful for the warm welcome and hospitality extended during my visit to Turkmenistan.

I held productive talks with the President of Turkmenistan, Mr. Serdar Berdimuhamedov in Ashgabat.

We discussed a broad spectrum of bilateral cooperation between Georgia and Turkmenistan including the perspectives of our future cooperation on joint economic and energy projects.

Deepening close ties with Turkmenistan in pursuit of developing a safe and secure middle corridor is high on our agenda.

I believe our partnership has the potential to ensure greater peace and economic development for the region and beyond.
