The Ministry of Internal Affairs has launched an investigation into the incident of several shots fired on Beliashvili Street in Tbilisi under Article 236, Part 3 of the Criminal Code [illegal acquisition and storage of firearms or ammunition].

According to the existing information, several shots were fired from a firearm near one of the restaurants, the bullets hit several windows of a nearby residential building.

The incident occurred late yesterday night.
