Mamuka Khazaradze paid the state USD 650,000 in accordance with the Court of Arbitration decision.

The Georgian Dream claims that this is further evidence that Khazaradze was a liar and admitted to the failure of the Anaklia project.

In July 2024, the French Court of Arbitration Court of Arbitration didn’t satisfy any of the claims of Mamuka Khazaradze and the Anaklia Development Consortium.

The case concerns the termination of the contract for the Consortium, which the founder of Lelo and the former investor in Anaklia considered illegal. The Court of Arbitration, which Mamuka Khazaradze himself appealed to, completely rejected his claim.
