At this moment, the next session of the temporary investigative commission starts in the Parliament. Its members will discuss the 2008 August war and whether a military conflict with Russia could have been avoided.

Four people will answer the questions of the investigative commission - Mamuka Kurashvili, Irakli Batiashvili, Gia Volski and Giorgi Khaindrava.

Today, the investigative commission will be interested in how the war was conducted, what was happening in the occupied territories.
