Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze`s visit to Armenia begins

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze`s visit to the Republic of Armenia has started.

The Head of Government of Georgia was greeted at Yerevan’s Zvartnots International Airport by Tigran Khachatryan, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

As part of the visit, Irakli Kobakhidze is scheduled to hold a one-on-one meeting with Nikol Pashinyan, Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia. The Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation between Georgia and Armenia will convene under the leadership of the Prime Ministers of the two countries.

After the commission`s meeting, Irakli Kobakhidze and Nikol Pashinyan will make joint statements for the press.

The Prime Minister of Georgia is visiting Yerevan in the company of a delegation consisting of First Vice Prime Minister/Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Levan Davitashvili, Foreign Minister Maka Bochorishvili, Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure Irakli Karseladze, Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture David Songhulashvili, Minister of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Health, Labor and Social Affairs Mikheil Sarjveladze, Head of the Government Administration Levan Zhorzholiani.
