The Georgian Minister of Defence is on an official visit to Azerbaijan. Irakli Chikovani will engage in a one-on-one meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart. Subsequently, discussions regarding defence cooperation will take place in an expanded format.

Before the official meetings, he paid his respects by laying a wreath at the gravesite of the national leader of Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev.

Accompanied by the delegation, Georgian Minister of Defence also paid tribute to the memory of heroes.
