Justice Minister Anri Okhanashvili has appointed Giorgi Dgebuadze as Deputy Minister.
"Giorgi Dgebuadze is a Doctor of Law and an Associate Professor at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. He held the position of Deputy Dean at the Faculty of Law of TSU in the direction of International Relations and Scientific Research.
Giorgi Dgebuadze is the author of numerous scientific works; he has many years of academic experience at universities both in Georgia and abroad.
At different times, he worked on research projects at the Institute for International Peace and Security Law at the University of Cologne and the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law in Freiburg. Dgebuadze was a visiting specialist at the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Court in The Hague”, - reads the press statement of the Ministry.
