Kutaisi Court of Appeal rejects appeal in Mzia Amaghlobeli’s case for the 2nd time

The Kutaisi Court of Appeal has again rejected the appeal in the case of journalist Mzia Amaghlobeli.

As explained by the court, the appeal of the lawyers against the February 14, ruling of the Batumi City Court was declared inadmissible.

This time, the human rights defenders again requested the cancellation of the City Court’s decision and the change of the measure of pretrial detention.

The Court of Appeal has not accepted the case for the second time.
