Regarding the imposition of sanctions on Russia by Georgia, the Strasbourg resolution will not be taken into account. Such a statement made the Mayor of Tbilisi.

Kakha Kaladze explains that this step will be harmful to Georgia, which is why it will not be implemented.

“We will not join the sanctions, because it hurts the country, the economy and the citizens. We will protect the interests of Georgia. Joining the sanctions means ruining the country’s economy, impoverishing Georgia, who will it affect? Families and pockets of ordinary people”, - said the Mayor.
