Prime Minister sends condolences over death of actor Zura Berikashvili

The Prime Minister of Georgia expressed his deep sorrow over the death of popular theatre actor Zura Berikashvili at the age of 55.

“It is with great sadness that I learned of the passing of actor Zura Berikashvili.

The characters created by this exceptionally talented actor have garnered him love and recognition among audiences. In Zura Georgian theater has lost a top-notch professional, his loved ones an attentive friend, and our country a remarkably talented person.

I extend my heartfelt sympathy and condolences to Zura Berikashvili’s family and loved ones, and Georgian society as a whole”, - writes Irakli Kobakhidze.
