The National Environment Agency [NEA] of Georgia has issued a warning about expected adverse weather conditions.
According to the NEA, from the evening of September 4 until the evening of September 6, intermittent rain, with some areas facing heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, hail and strong winds are expected. A 3-4-point storm at sea is anticipated.
The expected precipitation could lead to flooding in small rivers across Georgia. In hilly and mountainous regions, there is a risk of landslides and mudslides, with a medium-level danger warning in effect.
