The next stage of municipal services reform is underway in Rustavi City Hall. The Center for Reforms and Services Development of the City Hall has started training employees using internal resources.

48 employees of municipal transport have already passed the training course on effective communication and management of difficult situations.

The reform, according to the City Hall, gives the population a new opportunity to receive services tailored to them.
