The firemen and rescuers of the Emergency Situations Management Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, transported severely injured man from Kakheti region to Tbilisi by helicopter.

The horse seriously injured the citizen while riding in the vicinity of Lagodekhi nature reserve, as a result of which he was in an unconscious condition. Due to the difficult terrain, the accompanying persons were not able to assist him.

In order to transfer the citizen to the medical facility, helicopter of the Border Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was immediately involved in the rescue operation. The firemen and rescuers rendered first aid to the citizen in the shortest period of time and was transported to Tbilisi by helicopter.

At the moment, the citizen is at the medical facility.
