“The Foreign Ministers of the European Union start their speech from the Rustaveli tribune by mentioning the Rose Revolution. It was the Rose Revolution that put Georgia on the world map in its best form, and today’s events and our youth (who are the generation of this Rose Revolution) make Georgia one of the leaders in the world’s fight for democracy and freedom.
After our victory, Georgia will be much more important on a global scale than at any other time in our history and more important than the vast majority of countries much bigger and richer than us”, - writes the former president.
The Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, Iceland and Lithuania addressed the people gathered at the rally in front of the Parliament.
