We once again call on participants of the rally to follow the legal instructions of police, otherwise the law enforcement officers will administer special means defined by law - MIA

The Ministry of Internal Affairs released another statement regarding the protest rally in front of the Parliament.

“The manifestation in the vicinity of the legislative body went beyond the norms established by the law on peaceful assembly and demonstration and continued in a violent manner.

The participants of the rally damaged the protective iron barrier located near the parliament building.

Despite multiple appeals by the law enforcement officers, the participants of the rally ignored the legal demands of police.

In order to restore public order, the Ministry of Internal Affairs applied special means provided by the legislation.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs once again calls on all participants of the rally to follow the legal instructions of police, not to allow the artificial escalation of the situation, otherwise the law enforcement officers will administer special means defined by law”, - reads the statement of MIA.
