The President of Georgia, Salome Zourabichvili, pardoned 25 inmates for the Easter holiday.

“16 inmates, including four women, are fully released from serving their sentences, and 8 inmates, including 1 woman, would have their remaining sentences reduced.

The act of amnesty also affected 2 probationers, who were fully released from further serving the conditional jail sentence”, - reads the statement of the President’s Administration.
