Ministry of Internal Affairs calls on the organizers and participants of the protest rally not to exceed the limits defined by the law.

“The employees of various structural units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are mobilized and ensure public order in connection with the ongoing protest on Rustaveli Avenue, Tbilisi in vicinity of the Parliament building.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs calls on the organizers and participants of the protest rally not to exceed the limits defined by the law on freedom of expression and peaceful assembly.

In the course of the protest rally, any violation of the law will be immediately foiled by the police, in accordance with the acting legislation”, - reads the statement of the agency.
