Another body was found by the rescuers in the village of Nergeeti. 9 people died in the disaster. A landslide hit the place about 35 hours ago, killed 10 people, only one survived.

On the recommendation of geologists, 7 families have been evacuated from the village of Nergeeti.

“At the moment, all 9 dead bodies have been exhumed by the firemen and rescuers of the Emergency Situations Management Service. We have actually completed the search-and-rescue operation and the final stage of road cleaning is currently underway. All the dead have been identified. Unfortunately, there are also minors”, - said Temur Mghebrishvili, the Head of the Emergency Management Service.
