We, the European Union, are ready to work with all the governments of Georgia, with all the Prime Ministers. Such a statement made today the Ambassador of the European Union in Georgia, while answering a question regarding the Government changes implemented in Georgia.

“Of course, we are watching the Government change very carefully. I understand that Irakli Kobakhidze has only been nominated for the post of Prime Minister and the Parliament will make a decision next week. So we are waiting for the official presentation by the Parliament.

I have already stated that we, the EU, are ready to work with all governments and prime ministers of Georgia. We had a very successful cooperation with the previous Prime Minister and the interim Government. I sincerely hope that our cooperation with the next Government, the Government of Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, will be at least as successful as with the Government of his predecessor”, - said Pawel Herczynski.
