As part of the tripartite cooperation between Georgia, Turkey, and Azerbaijan, a search and rescue exercise named DAK-23 focused on natural disasters took place in Ankara.
Soldiers from the National Guard of the Georgian Defense Forces participated in tactical-level training alongside their Turkish and Azerbaijani counterparts.
The primary goal of the exercise was to enhance cooperation, coordination, and interoperability among the search and rescue teams of the 3 countries during potential natural disasters, with a specific focus on simulating operations after an earthquake.
