Today’s oligarch’s security system has not detained a single Russian agent for 11 years. As for the entry of Russians into Georgia in general, apart from the subversive group, most of the others also represent a source of increased danger. They believe that Georgians are on this land by chance and from the first day they behave like patrons.

Therefore, after the change of government, they should be given 1 year to sell their real estate and leave Georgia. The presence of more than a hundred thousand foreigners with an imperialist attitude here is an unavoidable burden for Georgia”, - writes Mikheil Saakashvili.
