To mark the 30th anniversary of the fall of Sokhumi, and to honor the memory of those fallen in the war in Abkhazia, the national flag is flown at half-staff over the building of the Government Administration of Georgia.
National flags also fly at half-staff over all administrative buildings across Georgia.
