An air-raid siren was issued throughout Ukraine on the night of 22 - 23 June.

In Kyiv, the air raid siren sounded at 01:33. The alert was initially announced in the eastern, southern and central regions.

At around 02:30, the alarm spread to the western regions. The Air Force warned citizens of missile danger throughout Ukraine.

The Air Force reported later that a number of cruise missiles were heading to Ukraine’s west.
