Special operation in Tbilisi - 8 people detained

Law enforcers detained 8 people during a special operation in Tbilisi.

The investigation has been started under subsection “A” of part 4 of Article 180 of the Criminal Code, which pertains to fraud committed by an organized group.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the employees of the agency arrested all mentioned persons in one club.

The crime is punishable by up to 10 years of imprisonment.
