Journalist Fatih Altaylı has said that he talked with Sinan Oğan, one of the presidential candidates in the first round, and that the politician would announce whom he will support on May 22.

“He said, “We have talked with both of the leaders [Erdoğan and Kılıçdaroğlu]. We haven’t yet given a decision. We will announce our decision on Monday [May 22]. Except that, the allegations of “he has made an agreement with this (person) or supports that (person)” does not reflect the truth”, - tweeted Altaylı.

Oğan received 5.2% of the votes in the May 14 presidential election and finished 3rd. And now whether Oğan will support President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan or Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu for the May 28 election is a matter of curiosity. Oğan was expected to make his decision public on May 19, but delayed his announcement.
