The Prosecutor’s Council started conducting individual interviews with the registered candidates for the position of the General Prosecutor, aiming to ensure a transparent and thorough selection process.
According to the existing information, 11 candidates have been registered, with a few facing initial documentation issues to be resolved.
5 candidates initially failed to submit the required documentation but have been given time [until July 3] to rectify the deficiencies.
The Council will decide today whether these 5 candidates have met the documentation requirements and determine if they continue in the selection process.
