Unfortunately, the European Court of Human Rights of Strasbourg did not accept my claim for consideration, writes Nika Gvaramia, one of the leaders of the “Akhali” political party, on his Facebook page.

“I am very sorry, but the European Court of Human Rights did not accept my claim for consideration.

One judge decided that the case should not be tried at all, and he saw nothing in the case that all human rights organizations around the world saw and loudly protested.

It is a sad news, but after the decision of the same court in the Rustavi 2 case, it is not really surprising to me. It doesn’t matter, the Government will change, the court will also change, and we and the European Court will understand all the details of all political cases in detail”, - writes Nika Gvaramia.
