The employees of Tbilisi Police and Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Police Departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate joint operational measures and investigative actions detained O.C. (DoB 2003) for premeditated murder committing with extreme cruelty.

The committed crime envisions from 16 to 20 years or life imprisonment.

The investigation established that the accused person fatally wounded an acquaintance - K.J. (DoB 2003) with a cold steel in Tbilisi on the grounds of argument, and hid from the scene of crime.

As a result of investigative actions conducted by law enforcement officers, O.C. was detained few hours after the incident in Zugdidi municipality.

The investigation into the fact of premeditated murder committed with extreme cruelty is being conducted under Article 109 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
