Employees of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operational measures and investigative actions detained S.P. (DoB 2005) for premeditated murder.

The committed crime envisions from 10 to 15 years of imprisonment.

The investigation established that the accused person inflicted fatal wounds to N.A. (DoB 2003) on January 25 of the current year, in Tbilisi, due to an argument. After the incident S.P fled from the place of crime.

As a result of the investigative actions conducted by police, the accused person was arrested few hours later after the crime was committed.

The investigation into the fact of premeditated murder is in progress under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
