Tea Tsulukiani visits the Holy Archangels Church of Sefieti

The Vice Prime Minister of Georgia, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth visited the Holy Archangels Church of Sefieti. Tea Tsulukiani got acquainted with the condition of the three-nave basilica of the V - VI centuries.

With the support of the National Agency for the Protection of Cultural Heritage, the roof of the temple was repaired in 2021. During the visit, the state of the temple and ways to solve the remaining problems were discussed.

The temple is one of the earliest three-nave basilica’s in Western Georgia.
