Nika Melia is not in the ranks of the party. Such a statement of the Chairman of United National Movement [UNM] was aired on one of the Georgian channels.

“He is not in the ranks, he does not represent [the United National Movement]”, - said Levan Khabeishvili.

After that, he confirmed his answer by signing the paper.

The UNM published the 11-point manifesto of Mikheil Saakashvili and the party". Party members signed it at the event related to the 20th anniversary of the Rose Revolution. Former Chairman - Nika Melia - and his associates didn’t attend the event. Before that, statements were made by the members of the UNM that regardless of the manifesto, those who would continue the same confrontation campaign with the party, would remain outside the party.
