Noise at the plenary session of the Parliament. MP from the Georgian Dream Levan Mgaloblishvili called his opposition colleague Tina Bokuchava a “bastard”. His insulting remark was responded to by the MP from the United National Movement, Ana Tsitlidze.
She threw papers at Mgaloblishvili. Then he removed the microphone and tried to throw it at Tsitlidze, but the supervisor intervened.
Members of the majority took Levan Mgaloblishvili out of the meeting hall.
The situation became tense after Rati Bregadze evaluated the decision of the Strasbourg court on Mikheil Saakashvili’s case, at which time Bokuchava interrupted the Minister and told him that he was lying.
