With the support of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, the Georgian exhibition stand was displayed for the first time at the largest exhibition in the United States ‘’U.S. Private Label Trade Show’’.
On November 12-14, in the city of Chicago, at one of the largest exhibitions in the USA “U.S. Private Label Trade Show’’, the Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, Tengiz Nasaridze, visited the Georgian exhibition stand and met with the representatives of Georgian companies. During the exhibition, he held a meeting with Mr. Anthony Aloia, Vice President of the Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA). The parties addressed the mechanisms of support for Georgian companies.
With the support of the Rural Development Agency of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture and the USAID AGRICULTURE PROGRAM, the Georgian companies: ‘’NUTSGE’’ LTD, ‘’Farconi’’ LTD, ‘’Geoflower’’ Ltd, ‘’Batono’’ LTD, ‘’Caesar’’ LTD, ‘’May 2020’’ LTD showcased their products at the Georgian exhibition stand. The majority of Georgian companies participating in the expo are recipients of state programs.
More than 1500 companies from 55 countries worldwide participated in 25 pavilions of the ‘’U.S. Private Label Trade Exhibition’’. The mentioned exhibition allows interested parties to access the private trade industries of the United States and Canada. Within the exhibition, manufacturers have an opportunity to run negotiations with the world brands on the unification of products under one umbrella brand, which significantly reduces the marketing costs of manufacturers.
