Prime Minister’s Human Rights Advisor presents 2024-2026 Draft National Action Plan for the Protection of Human Rights to civil sector representatives

Niko Tatulashvili, the Prime Minister’s Human Rights Advisor, presented the 2024-2026 Draft National Action Plan for the Protection of Human Rights to representatives of the civil sector today.

At the meeting, the key priorities defined under the National Action Plan were discussed.

The Action Plan above is the initial draft version developed by state institutions, with coordination from the Government Administration and based on the civil sector’s recommendations.

Notably, at the inaugural coordination meeting, an agreement was reached with the civil sector on the format for continuous work, which envisages the establishment of thematic working groups engaging the relevant state institutions, the civil sector, and other stakeholders.
