The Media and Information Literacy [MIL] Week organized by the Communications Commission has ended. The event organized by the Communications Commission was closed with a summary conference.

It was opened by the Chairman of the Communications Commission, the Minister of Education and the Ambassador of the European Union. A panel discussion was also held at the event. Speakers focused on the importance of media literacy.

The Global MIL Week 2023 focuses on digital spaces and gives the opportunity to explore paths for strengthening multilateral cooperation with digital platforms and other stakeholders. It highlights some promising actions in connection with media and information literacy in the last year and how media and information literacy helps with nurturing trust and countering mistrust.
