Mikheil Saakashvili’s public office opened today in Tbilisi. As his spokesperson, Sopo Japaridze, said, the office will be open to all citizens, allowing them to communicate directly with the former President.

“In this office people will share their problems, which will reach the addressee. It would be my wish for the office to serve as many people as possible”, - said mother of the former president, Giuli Alasania.

The family members of the victims of the United National Movement [UNM] already held the protest rally near Saakashvili’s new public office.

“Mikheil Saakashvili’s government destroyed many families and the opening of such an office is insulting”, - said Soso Robakidze, father of Buta Robakidze.

“The UNM leaders were afraid to answer and ran away. Other than PR and lies, these people do not know anything”, - added Tornike Molashvili, brother of Sulkhan Molashvili.
