The employees of the Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operational measures and investigative actions, detained A. Ash. (DoB 1979) for premeditated murder.

The crime envisions from 10 to 15 years of imprisonment.

The investigation established that on October 2 of the current year, the defendant inflicted a fatal wound to his friend L.A. (DoB 1981), with a cold steel and blunt object in the basement located on Dadiani Street in Tbilisi, after which he fled from the scene.

As a result of investigative actions conducted by the police, the accused person was arrested in Tbilisi.

The weapons of crime were seized as evidence.

The investigation into the fact of premeditated murder is underway under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
