The majority MPs are completely deadlocked in the legal part - Tamar Chugoshvili

The majority MPs are completely deadlocked in the legal part, said today Tamar Chugoshvili, the representative of President in the Constitutional Court.

“In the legal part the representatives of the Parliament are at a dead end, their assertion has reached the point of absurdity, and what they are asserting is incredible. I am sure that the court will not share that according to their assertion, for example, when a president of another country calls the president of Georgia, the latter shouldn’t pick up the phone.

There is absolutely no evidence in the case. No evidence has been presented at all, and therefore their position is not supported by evidence. We have only a business attitude. Let"s see How will they behave?

I want to emphasize one thing – [Anri] Okhanashvili said that we ran away from the process, we advise him to argue with us about the process. He has been sitting for three days and has not said anything at all. 3 MPs have been sitting and have not said anything. So, if they have anything to say, they should tell us about it during the process”, - said Tamar Chugoshvili.
