Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili held a farewell meeting with Pavel Vízdal, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Slovak Republic to Georgia.

Focus at the meeting was made on the considerable progress in the bilateral relations between Georgia and Slovakia, including in the political, economic, and cultural directions. During the conversation, support projects important to Georgia were discussed, with emphasis on the significance of Slovak assistance to the healthcare sector.

In the meeting, the Ambassador of the Slovak Republic assured the Prime Minister of strong support for Georgia’s EU membership.

Irakli Garibashvili thanked the Ambassador for further deepening the strategic partnership between the two countries, and wished him success in his future endeavors.
