The employees of the Adjara Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative measures and investigative actions conducted on the hot trail arrested G.S. born in 1977 on the charge of intentionally inflicting damage to health.

The crime is punishable by 9 to 13 years of imprisonment.

The investigation established that the defendant, as a result of a conflict with the employees of a car workshop in Batumi, wounded the same employees near the same car workshop: M. Sh. born in 1967, G. K. born in 1966, I.Q. born in 1988 and A.Q born in 1990.

The wounded were placed in the hospital, where they received the appropriate medical care.

As a result of operational measures and investigative actions conducted by the law enforcement officers G.S. was arrested as a suspect. The police seized the weapon involved in crime - a hunting rifle as evidence.

The investigation into the fact of intentional serious damage to health committed against two or more persons is being conducted under the Article 117 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
