From the second half of the day on August 21 and 22, short rain, strong in some places, lightning, hail and wind are expected in the territory of Georgia, especially in mountainous areas.

According to the National Environment Agency, the expected heavy rains on the rivers of Georgia may cause a significant increase in the water levels, floods on small rivers, initiation and activation of landslides in mountainous areas.
