Short rain, thunderstorms, hailstorm and wind in the northern part of the country and mountainous regions are expected in Georgia on August 18-19.

According to the National Environment Agency, the projected rainfall might cause flooding on small rivers, a significant rise in water levels on Georgia’s rivers, and the activation of landslide-flood processes in mountainous regions.
