Diplomats accredited in Georgia sent their condolences to families of the victims killed in a landslide that hit Shovi resort.

The Israeli Ambassador Hadas Meitzad highlighted her “utmost” respect to the “brave” rescue teams working in the disaster area.

“With heavy hearts, we are closely following the devastating natural disaster in Racha [region], our thoughts are with the families who have lost their loved ones and those who went through this traumatic event”, - writes the Ambassador.
