Representatives of the MIA continue to hold meetings at the youth camp in Anaklia within the framework of “Befriend the Police” campaign

After the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs- Aleksandre Darakhvelidze, the youth camp in Anaklia was visited by the Director of Public Safety Command Center “112” - Giorgi Arsoshvili and representatives of various departments of the Ministry.

The guests provided juveniles in the camp with information on various important and relevant topics related to the rule of law and order, as well as civil security issues. At the meeting, which was conducted in Q&A format, an emphasis was made on the importance of timely cooperation with law enforcement officers for crime prevention.

The purpose of the meeting is to prevent crime among juveniles, to raise awareness in the direction of road, fire, civil and public safety.

The youth camp operates under the support of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth of Georgia. Young people have the opportunity to engage in recreational, sports and cognitive activities focused on developing basic competencies.
