Within the framework of the Georgian-German Legal Forum, State Secretary to the Federal Ministry of Justice of Germany, Angelika Schlunk, together with the members of the delegation, got acquainted with the experience of providing State Services at the Tbilisi Central Branch of Public Service Hall.

The guests were welcomed by the Deputy Minister of Justice, Erekle Ghvinianidze, and Chairman of the Public Service Hall, Lasha Lobjanidze.

During the visit, the members of the delegation familiarized themselves with the concept of the Public Service Hall onsite, had the opportunity to learn about the system’s activities and the peculiarities of providing state services via the innovative Georgian model and lastly, received information about more than 470 services that are available to the users of the LEPL Public Service Hall in 117 branches throughout Georgia.
