As a result of heavy rain, the landslide on Rikoti caused traffic restrictions.

“On the 169 km (Rikoti section) of the international Tbilisi – Senaki - Leselidze highway, landslides occurred in several places as a result of heavy rain, and traffic was disrupted.

At this time, active cleaning works are being carried out in order to fully restore the road traffic in the shortest possible time”, - reads the statement of the Department of Roads.
