The municipality of Gurjaani is combating a disaster. Because of the heavy rainfall, rivers - Akhtaliskhevi and Navtishkhevi overflowed.

Several central streets, ground floors and yards of residential houses are flooded.

Besides, roads and cars have been flooded, several villages have been affected by hail. Hail also destroyed vineyards and orchards.

According to the Emergency Situations Service, dozens of notifications have been received and appropriate equipment is working on the spot.
