The Central Election Commission summarized the Municipality Sakrebulos by-elections / the extraordinary Mayoral elections.

It is noteworthy that the Municipality Sakrebulo by-elections were conducted by applying electronic technologies, and the polling process was successfully implemented. The verification, voting, and vote counting devices worked in sync. As for the Mayoral extraordinary elections, electronic technologies were applied in most cases, but at some electoral precincts, traditional methods were used. Overall, 91% of the total number of voters cast their votes by applying the verification, voting, and vote counting devices.

The application of new technologies deserved the satisfaction of voters, and it was instrumental in allowing the Election Administration to announce preliminary results just half an hour after polling was concluded.
